  美人要练成美人仪态,可以利用“轴心盒子”概念。什么是“轴心盒子”?轴心盒子(TorsoBox)的 概念就是让我们幻想有4条直线,将肩膀两端、骨盆两端,4点相连成一个四边形的“盒子”。许多形体练习都利 用“轴心盒子”做身体调准和对称的提示。普拉提练习过程中“轴心盒子”应该是端正的。
  “轴心盒子”还可以用来调整日常姿态。这有点儿像宫廷中头顶书本的训练。当你站、坐、走的时候别忘了提 醒自己:“我的盒子端正平衡吗?”端正的“轴心盒子”还可以矫正不平衡的脊柱。
  动作名称:美人侧展
  动作要点:
  1、借助腰力摆动躯干,禁止手臂自由摆动。
  2、动作过程保持普拉提式呼吸:
  ●深呼吸。吸气时,胸腔骨横向扩张,呼气时,尽量将胸腔骨下陷进身体,两边胸骨往中央移近 。
  ●切忌憋气,想像肺部好似一个双向充气垫,向左侧弯曲时,感觉吸气进右肺,向右侧弯曲时,感觉吸气进左 肺。
  3、保持轴心盒子的平衡方正。
  动作 1
  侧坐在地上,重心放在右臀上,双腿并拢向左后侧屈伸,左手握住脚踝,躯干挺直,右臂贴住耳朵向上举。吸 气,向上伸展手臂,感觉腰部被逐渐拉长。
  动作 2
  呼气,手臂贴近耳朵朝左侧弯曲躯干,感觉腹外斜肌被拉伸,胸部打开,健尔马足疗机厂家。保持双腿并拢,双膝、双脚重叠的姿势。
  动作 3
  吸气,躯干回到正直的姿势。放下右手,手掌平放在地上,指尖朝外。松开握住脚踝的左手。
  动作 4
  呼气,左臂贴近耳朵向上举,向右侧倾斜,感觉脊骨逐渐延长。吸气时,使用腹横肌、背肌的力量,带动身体 回复到坐直的姿势。
  Tips:
  动作过程要流畅,身体感觉向上,侧伸展时也不要让腰、腹部肌肉下垂。
  动作4时身体侧倾斜,肩部不可向前折。动作过程胸部要打开,不要含胸。
