　　有股民担忧，假如还不能按重组方请求完成债务重组，全部重组过程都将会受到影响，因而倡议先实现债权重 组，再进行资产重组跟股改，防止耽搁机会。

　　昨日举办的2011年S*ST聚友第一次常设股东大会，股东及其代办人总共只有2人加入，比拟提名新董 事和调剂公司经营范畴，众股东更关注的仍是最新的重组计划。

　　也恰是由于深圳蜀荆的“忘我辅助”，让外界对深圳蜀荆与陈健的关联发生了猜忌。
