夏天,天气下降,地气上升,地气相交,人应早睡早起,不厌恶炎夏之日,不发怒,使体内浊气外泄,神志怡悦舒 畅。就是夏天要养“长气”,否则就会伤及心气,以致供养秋季“收气”的力量就少了,到秋季容易 发生疟疾。
夏天如何养“长”?夏天是阳长阴消的时期,夏天主长,万物茂盛,心气内应,养“长”应以养心为主,就是该出 汗时就要出汗,让浊气排出体外,秋天就不容易患呼吸系统疾病。《黄帝内经》说:“夏三月要夜卧早起,无厌于 日,使志无怒,使气得泄,若所爱在外,此夏气之应,养长之道也。 ”
那么,具体的夏养“长”的方法有哪些呢?在暑热季节,人的阳气都跑到外面去了,体内的阳气不足,所以可以用 人参补气;汗出得太多了,可以用五味子收敛心气;天气太热,汗出了以后体内的津伤身,可以用麦 冬调养。
在精神调养方面,要保持心情愉快,在夏天一定要把郁滞散发出去,水宜生价格表,让自己的气得以疏散排泄,从精神上排出郁气,才能更好的养生。
在起居方面要多晒太阳,阳光是人体阳气的主要来源,夏天上午九点到十点间的阳光最好,这时的阳光不强不弱, 紫外线低,植物通过光合作用开始散发出氧气,养生效果最好。夏天昼长夜短,要早睡早起,多参加户外活动。可 以多到公园、野外散步或郊游。穿着的衣服要透气,衣服材质要柔软吸汗。
在饮食方面,夏天要多喝水,水是夏天的第一养生良方。夏天饮食要清淡,多吃绿色蔬菜和水果,不要过咸,过甜 ,少吃辛辣油腻的食物,以免发生内热而诱发其他疾病。多吃豆类有利于健脾利湿。
在防病保健方面,自古就有冬病夏治的说法,意思是夏季三伏天阳气最胜,可以使患者的阳气充实,增强抗病能力 。在夏末发病时“培本”以扶助正气,人体正气旺盛,抵抗能力增强,到冬天就可以少发病或者不发病。所以有阳 气不足,肺气虚弱,虚寒疼痛和一些免疫能力低下之类疾病的人,在夏天治疗都会比其他季节治疗效 果好。
