Dear JobsBlog: I am a senior in Russia and will be getting my bachelor’s degree in June with the option to go one more year for a Masters. I sent a resume for a summer internship a month ago but would I also be eligible for a full-time position? Which would you advise that I pursue?

The simplified HR answer is go with the choice that will get you closest to where you ultimately want to be. I’m hoping you can consider both those answers when you make your decision.
