Office Professional Plus 2010! The same trek was also part of the Lewis and Clark Trail so, being a dorky history buff, I was doubly excited. I visited the site where Fort Walla Walla once stood. The dogs swam and frolicked on the banks of the Columbia River. We saw a replica of Stone Henge and watched paragliders descend from the cliffs, but I don’t think those pleasures were around within the time of the first settlers. We also had our own little Oregon Trail adventure. After departing Fort Walla Walla on our way to the Willamette Valley, we found ourselves low on fuel with not a single gas station in sight. The tension was high, but The Dalles was only a few miles down the trail. Should we attempt to trade our extra wagon wheel or Bernese Mountain Dog for supplies, or should we forge ahead? Which fork inside the road should we take? Luckily, our fumes carried us The Dalles where we were able to buy gasoline and a yummy peanut butter Twix. Man,
