Microsoft quietly introduced common availability from the subsequent version of its Dynamics SL ERP item on April 1.
The newest model, known as Dynamics SL 2011,
Windows 7, is one of a variety of new ERP releases expected from Microsoft in calendar 2011. Dynamics GP 2010 R2 is due inside the very first half of 2011. (I wouldn’t be surprised to see an RTM announcement at Microsoft’s Convergence conference in Atlanta up coming week.) Dynamics AX “6″ is due to ship within the third calendar quarter of this year.
Dynamics SL 2011 adds a role-tailored user experience to the item. The new model also includes “Quick Query,” which provides more than 50 predesigned search options; and the ability to “Quick Send” documents like invoices and purchase orders. The SL 2011 release also adds integration with Microsoft Project Server 2010, SharePoint 2010,
Office 2010 Key,
Office 2010, SQL Server 2008 R2 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM through Web Services,
Windows 7 Key, according to the company.
Official launch events for Dynamics SL 2011 are scheduled around the U.S. between April 10 and June 30.
