烟花爆炸掀起石块砸到奔驰 4万元损失无人赔偿

　　不巧的是，一块很大的碎石块砸中几米外的一辆银白色私家奔驰车。车尾的右侧被砸凹了进去，车灯、保险杠 、外壳都有所损害。大约五分钟后，车主闻讯而出，叫来车辆投保的平安车险，并报了警。

　　郁闷 明明投了保为啥不能赔

　　保险公司现场查勘员来到现场，拍下现场图片，最后给出的结果是应该由肇事的第三方赔偿，保险公司不能进 行赔偿，因为被保险人没有任何责任。换言之，4万多元修理费要林平全权赔偿。
