A while again Cisco IOS hints and tricks had a publish about running the vpn client on Win7. Now there's an updated publish with a comment that Cisco’s Philip Remaker left on the original publish pointing at a new beta version that is already available and should be working on Win7 64-bit:

In addition to serving as a general maintenance release,
Office Professional Plus 2007 Key, the Cisco VPN Consumer 5.0.7 beta is compatible with
Windows 7 & Windows Vista 64-bit environments.
A 64-bit specific compatible image is available for installation on these platforms.
