男子不满女友结新欢将其砍死

　　本报讯 (记者 刘晓星)男子无视女友已有家室，并因其另结新欢而产生恨意，一怒之下挥动起菜刀将女友砍死。昨日，吴某军因 涉嫌故意杀人，在广州中院受审。

　　吴某军今年35岁，案发前在电子厂从事质检工作。2010年4月13日，因怀疑女友董某另结新欢，吴某 军携带一把磨尖的螺丝刀和裁剪刀到董某的宿舍,qq相册密码破解，试图以自残劝其回心转意。在劝说过程中，其自残行为引起董某大声呼救，吴某军遂掏出螺丝刀捅刺被害人董某 的腹部,落雪黑客基地，并持房内菜刀砍击董某头部致其倒地。为避免董某继续呼救，吴某军一手捂住董某的口、鼻，另一手则持菜刀继 续切割董某颈部致其死亡，后逃离现场。

　　在昨日的庭审中，吴某军称他不是故意杀人，是气不过董某还和其他男人来往才动手的，“只是想吓吓她，没 想到会把她搞死。伤害她也是伤害我啊，我很爱她啊。我也试图自杀过，但是没成功。”

　　董某的母亲听罢吴某军的辩解，情绪很激动，不顾法警制止不断哭着质问吴某军，后因无法控制情绪暂时离庭 。董某的丈夫也气愤地站起身大骂吴某军。

　　吴某军也痛哭流涕地解释，甚至称董某母亲为妈妈：“妈妈，您别怪我，我也很爱您女儿啊，我不是故意的。 ”
