当你储存的时候,检查一下标签和生产日期,因此你就可以容易地分辨去你所储存的东西,以及食物在冰箱或冰柜 中保存的日期。
不要将食物在室温的情况下,自己解冻。将食物放置冰箱或冷水中。每五磅冷冻鱼、肉或家禽肉大概需要一天进行 解冻。
