下面这套操能为您排忧解难,使您神清气爽,活力再生。

1、掌心向上,将左手拇指轻轻向手腕扳动,换右手做,重复几次。
  2、掌心向上,将手指逐个轻轻下按,同时呼气,换另一只手再做。
  3、按顺时针和逆时针方向转动手掌,左右各5-10次。
  4、上下抖动手掌,水宜生水杯
  5、按顺时针和逆时针方向缓缓转动头部各5次。
  6、双肩上耸,加湿器价格,吸气,然后放松呼气。反复做4-5次。
  7、转动肩关节,光波炉的危害应注意几点,前后各5次。
  8、按顺时针和逆时针方向转动脚踝,左右各10次。
