除蜂蜜外,也可多进食些芝麻、杏仁等食品,既补脾胃又能养肺润肠,可防止秋燥带来的津液不足,常见的干咳、 咽干口燥、肌肤失去光泽、肠燥便秘等身体不适症状也能得到缓解。
开胃三宝:萝卜、鸭肉、糯米粥
糯米有养阴的功效,秋季可以适当喝点糯米粥。萝卜和鸭肉也是人们熟知的适合秋天吃的食物,有润燥的功效。女 性可多吃些百合,能达到润肺养阴的效果。
