The caravan consists of two tours of Cubs players, coaches and front office staff who will visit seven cities, six elementary schools, two Boys and Girls Clubs, Chicago’s Northwestern Memorial Hospital and a alms,1 bologna,1 benefitting Chicago Cubs Charities.
