为什么有些歪理走遍了天下

这个差别非同小可：不仅人们内心的价值观彻底颠倒，而且同情弱者的公共话语伦理的底线也不再存在。
当公共话语领域被拜金主义占领时，我们的公共空间就不是一个穷人可以说理的空间，一个为弱势群体伸张正义， 提供申诉机会的空间，而是一个强者、富者对弱者、贫者进行话语施暴的空间，是强者、富者羞辱弱者、贫者的空 间。弱者不但在现实空间中蒙羞，而且在话语空间蒙羞。
比这个还要严重的，是歪理的胜利。8月12日《新京报》报道，以“替党说话还是替老百姓说话”为代表的官员 雷语，近两年不断爆出。在被广泛关注时，部分官员被停职，后无下文。记者采访发现，部分官员“低调”复出， 官复原职或换职位复出者均有。这就是歪理的胜利。
替党说话就不能替百姓说话，这是典型的歪理，可惜今天就是这种歪理畅通无阻，无往而不胜。更离谱的是在20 10年7月间，吉林省辽源市环保局分配责任制奖，局长与职工相差三倍，有人认为不公，向纪检部门反映，结果 惹恼了局长郭东波，在今年年初的一个大会上破口大骂：“领导就得骑马坐轿，老百姓想要公平？臭 不要脸！”
好人被坏人欺负以后还不敢讲理，还显得很无理；坏人做了坏事以后不但不怕，而且理直气壮；坏事不但是可以做 的，而且是可以公开颂扬的。天下有这样的道理吗？这就是歪理的胜利。即便这是故事，但也不可不当真。
歪理为什么会胜利？在一个正常社会不会说或不便说、不敢说的言论，为什么堂而皇之地在公共话语空间畅通无阻 ？仔细分析就会发现，歪理虽然不符合纸上的原则，却符合事实。比如官员的雷语都有这样的特点：一是雷语明显违反了见诸官方文件、社论、主流媒体的公共政策和意识形态要 求，因此是禁忌，根本不能公开化。但雷语还有一个更重要的特点，即雷语虽然明显触犯了主流话语禁忌，却又同 样明显地道出了社会的某些实情，它看似荒唐却又惊人的真实。
正是现实中的歪理走遍天下的事实，导致了公共话语领域歪理的畅通无阻，后者不过是前者的进一步发展。但，这 进一步的发展非常可怕。因为歪理在公共话语领域的胜利，不但认可了不合理的现实，而且是对这种现实的文化认 可和文化授权，使得现实性变成了合法性。现实生活中总是有人做坏事、不正当的事，或者在心里信奉某种歪理。 但如果它们没有文化上的合法性，坏事和歪理就不敢从黑暗的幕后走到话语的前台，不敢公开说出来 。
歪理可以公然宣扬的结果是，那些在现实中受到欺压的人们，失去了通过说理在文化领域为自己伸张正义的信心， 他们开始变得犬儒、投机，既然连说理的地方也没有了，那就认同歪理吧，就按照歪理做人、做事吧。这种犬儒的 态度，进一步促进了歪理的畅通无阻。
