Summary - In 1972 England, the U.S. was still ruled under the British flag, thus changing the course of time and history.
Enter Faulnox, or simply "Nox," a circus performer who recently aged twenty-three. He was found an orphan by the two leading performers and claimed them his own brood. Now on the search for his real parents, he leaves the large circus behind and enters the gritty city of Sentriel. Soon enough, nox discovers his parents were victims of a mysterious killer called "Beezlebub." His rampage continues to this day. On the hunt for this menace, he comes across a masked vigilante and a corrupt law enforcer who also seek the killer.
At the same time and place, two Russian teenagers, Luci and James, survivors of a recent war between the Soviet Union and Germany, escape to Sentriel in hopes of freedom and peace. Instead they found themselves in the middle of corrupt cops, super-powered beings, cannibalistic cults, and an odd circus group with outworldly abilities. In order to survive in such a state, they decicded to fight back and make a name for themselves.
Eagle Eye is an antihero in the city of Sentriel and the only one that seems to enforce a practical law. His past remains a shadow and his enemies seem to be those he wishes to protect. His powers are extraordinary and he is almost invincible. But when his life forces him to balance his identity with his love life, it becomes a pain for Eagle to manage it all. Whats worse is the arrival of a vengeance seeking circus performer who is currently going on a bloody rampage throughout Sentriel.
