女子不满母亲奚落唠叨将其锤杀

　　本报讯 (记者 孙思娅) 35岁的女子张楠因不满母亲对自己的奚落，在家中持锤砸死母亲。由于在父亲劝说下自首，张楠于昨天上午被市 一中院以故意杀人罪从轻判处有期徒刑15年。

　　据指控，去年10月9日早晨7点多，张楠在房山区窦店镇金鑫苑小区的家中，趁55岁的母亲刘某熟睡之机 ，持铁锤猛击母亲头面部数下，致刘某颅脑损伤死亡,司机不服处罚拿出砍刀欲砍交警(组图)。张楠作案后于当日向公安机关投案。

　　张楠说，她从小就感受不到家庭的温暖，总因为小事受到父母指责。长大工作后,north face for men，她每月都给家里钱，直到2000年母亲刘某炒股总赔钱，她提出把以前给的钱要回来，刘某给了她20万，但 从此和她的矛盾就激化了,karen millen coats。张楠离婚后，于去年3月搬到房山和父母同住,一家五口人因乘电梯起纠纷遭围砍，刘某经常因为家庭琐事数落她。因为住的地方离单位远，刘某提出让她开家里的车，但刚开了不久，刘某就坚决 不再让她用车，还骂她占便宜，并拿她离婚的事数落她。

　　法院认为，死者刘某作为张楠的母亲，有教育、管理女儿的职责和权利，虽然在表达方式和态度上可能有所欠 妥，但不能成为女儿行凶的理由。但鉴于张楠自首及她的社会危害性，因此从轻判处她有期徒刑15 年。
