Default 床上小运动修炼出绝世美臀

A.躺卧运动最好
卧室因为有软乎乎的床,所以最适合躺、卧的运动。(而地板上也可以铺层地毯,让身体可以与地板进行柔软接触 。)注意:床垫不能太软,否则脊椎容易受损。
B.起床的暖身运动
