Attention all Ryan Theriot fans: The infielder is hosting a celebrity golf tournament Nov. 12 and proceeds will benefit the National Wildlife Federation’s efforts in the Gulf Oil Spill. Theriot raised more than $22,000 in July with a mystery ball auction at Wrigley Field for the same cause. The golf event will be held at The Carter Plantation in Springfield,
