Unboxing of a Chanel Classic (part 2) – The 2.55 Jumbo Caviar Flap ...

I’m sorry about the shakey camera footage – I filmed this in a bit of a rush. This bag is the second in a series of what I call ‘Investment Purchases’. These are items that stand the test of time in the fashion world, retain their value and can be passed down or resold in the future. The Chanel Classic Flap Bag to me is the epitome of elegance and style. It is timeless and perfect for all ages. I remember my mother having a Chanel quilted flap bag from the 80s and I’ve seen it in stores ever since! The same design just re-invented in different colours year after year. Chanel has been known to increase the price of the classic flap bag every year! Some years the price goes up twice! It’s an expensive bag but it will be more expensive next year or in two years time. It’s design is one that can be carried through many many years. On the 1st June 2011 Chanel increased it’s prices worldwide for their classic bags. This one i’m unboxing for you guys is the Classic Flap 2.55 in Black Calfskin leather which is also known as Caviar. This is the Extra Large size also known as Jumbo. I chose the gold hardware. Gold is timeless and classy, perfect for any age. Caviar leather is very durable and retains it’s <a href="http://www.monclerjacketscoats2011.com/moncler-kids-c-4.html"><strong>kids moncler coats</strong></a> shape over time. It has a pebbled texture and a glossy shine. This leather can be cleaned and is less likely to get scratched or dented …
