德国128公斤男子压死老婆 法官认定属意外

　　日前德国下萨克森州希尔德斯海姆市宣判了一起离奇案件：2006年，一名128公斤重的男子在与太太的 争吵中一屁股坐在她身上，压断其妻18根肋骨，导致她伤重死亡；不过当地法院最终认定这是一起意外事故，只 对这名男子罚款2580欧元了事。

　　这名52岁的德国男子是一位公交车司机,RayBan Sunglasses，和他46岁的妻子结婚已有30年,monster hats，儿子也已有19岁了。庭审中这名男子向法官表示，他和妻子感情还算不错，当然时不时也会因一些小事争吵； 案发当晚，他的妻子让他放首歌听听,Oakley Sunglasses，因为他动作太慢，妻子就冲上来打了他几下,winter cap；为表示还击，他就一下子坐到妻子的身上，导致其18根肋骨骨折。

　　在送往医院一个月之后，这名男子的妻子终于伤重身亡。司机太太去世一天之后，警方即介入调查，最终司机 承认就是他坐断了妻子的肋骨，警方遂将其逮捕。

　　最初，当地法庭判决该男子入狱服刑5年，不过之后联邦法庭驳回了一审判决结果，认为法庭无法证明其妻的 死亡完全是先生压她所致，他们当晚还喝了许多酒，因此此事应列为意外。终于,DC Hats，希尔德斯海姆市地方法庭判处该男子缴纳2580欧元罚款，并在未来两年处于警方监管之下。
