Whereas it is expedient that all British Territories and Possessions in North The united states,Office 2007 Professional, and also the islands adjacent to such Territories and Possessions which are not currently included in the Dominion of Canada, should (together with the exception from the Colony of Newfoundland and its dependencies) be annexed to and sort part of the mentioned Dominion.
