女子在村内行窃3年称攒路费看儿子

　　昨日，朝阳区下辛堡村村民证实，该“黄发女”在村内行窃已有3年时间。黄港派出所称，该女子患有精神疾 病，偷盗是为攒路费看儿子。

　　昨日上午，下辛堡村十余名村民聚集在村西一家商店内，讲述着自家被偷的经历。

　　“她不偷别的，只偷钢铁制品的小物件。”村内一家修理铺的老板介绍，7月9日5时左右，他放在室外的一 筐维修工具被“黄发女”偷走。

　　“煤炉、暖气片，吊壶等等，什么都偷。”村民李先生回忆，自家的用于做饭的煤炉和烧水的吊壶都曾被“黄 发女”偷走。

　　“不是东西贵贱，被偷的都是日常用品。”村民们回忆，该女子30多岁，在村中盗窃已有3年时间，该村6 00余户人家大都被“黄发女”偷盗过，邻村也未能幸免。一名村民说，即使“黄发女”被当场逮着，也不惧怕， 当场脱裤子，说非礼她。

　　“我们也正想办法解决这个事情。”昨日，黄港派出所一名民警证实村民说法，称该女子确已在派出所辖区内 盗窃多年，民警将女子带至派出所接受调查时，也遭遇过该女子“脱裤子”的威胁。

　　“她受过家庭分裂的打击，偷东西是为了去厦门看儿子。”该民警介绍，该女子多年前离婚，丈夫带着未满一 岁的儿子远走厦门。该女子称在附近村子偷盗，是为攒够去厦门的路费。“每攒够1200块钱，她就去厦门。” 事后，警方曾对该女子进行过医学鉴定，发现其患有精神疾病。
