年已有87岁高龄的王玉川教授,行医、教学60余年,现在依然每天8点到办公室,精神矍铄,乐彤足浴盆,身体健康,他的养生秘诀就是健脑养生。
  大脑是人体最为精密的“仪器”,水宜生水杯价格,脑力劳动者由于长期承受单一姿势的静力性劳动,使肌肉处于持续紧张的状态,健尔马足疗机三代,易致气血凝滞,健尔马足疗三代,脑供血不足,诱发各种疾病。对此,王玉川教授提出了以“健脑强骨,动静结合,协调身心”为核心的脑力劳动 者的保健原则。具体的方法如下:
  1.科学用脑
  勤奋工作,积极创造,可以刺激脑细胞再生,恢复大脑活力,是延缓人体衰老的方法。然而,大脑不能过度使 用,一般连续工作时间不应超过2小时;在眼睛感到疲乏时,应该停下来闭目默想,然后眺望远景,做深呼吸数十 次;另外,连续用脑时,还应注意更换工作内容,如高度抽象思维之后,可替换读外语、听录音、看图像,以利于 左右脑活动的平衡。
  2.利用营养调配补脑
  常用脑者还必须补充某些特殊营养物质。
  (1)钙和磷:钙和磷是神经细胞不可缺少的元素,缺少时将导致神经过敏、失眠、焦躁和痉挛 。
  (2)镁:镁是保持良好记忆所必需的元素。含镁元素的食物有坚果仁、奶、蛋、鲜鱼、动物内脏及海产品等 。
  (3)谷氨酸:谷氨酸又称“智慧酸”,为大脑思维功能所必需,鲜奶、鲜肝、味精及其他鲜味食品中都含有 这种物质。
  (4)B族维生素:B族维生素存在于叶菜、粗粮、麦胚、豆类、酸奶、啤酒中,多吃有助于脑物质能量代谢 ,增加脑力。
  3.运动按摩保健法
  (1)运动保健:跑步有助于改善血液循环和内脏功能,从而保证大脑充足的血氧供应。另外,乒乓球、网球 等球类运动可以提高大脑信息传导、反馈的速度,从而增强大脑反应的敏捷性。
  (2)脑部按摩:头顶按摩,健尔马足疗机三代,以两手搓头皮,从前发际到后发际做梳头动作。头侧按摩,用两手拇指按住太阳穴,其余四指从头两侧由上至下 做直线按摩。再按揉太阳穴,顺时针与逆时针方向各数次,浴面摩眼,乐彤足浴盆。两手搓热后,从上至下,从内至外摩面数次,然后做眼部保健操,此法用于工作后大脑疲劳时。
