  1.咖啡因饮料
  众所周知,健尔马足疗机,咖啡因多年来一直被认为是导致失眠的罪魁祸首,但是美国注册营养师米歇尔·杜达什表示,咖 啡因虽然不会给身体增加任何能量,但是的确是一种刺激物,增加人体警觉度,导致睡眠困难。
  2.干酪
  营养学专家表示,干酪含有大量的氨基酸酪胺酸,而酪胺酸在人体内能帮助产生大脑神经传递物质多巴胺,使 人大脑更清醒,入睡更困难。
  3.辛辣食物
  晚餐吃过多的辛辣食物会导致睡眠问题。烧心患者晚餐进食辛辣食物,躺下之后更会加重病情,影响睡眠。因 此,真味如烟,专家建议,一天当中,吃辛辣食物宜早不宜迟。
  4.加工或烟熏肉食
  专家表示,加工肉食含有大量的酪氨酸,会导致大脑产生令人兴奋的多巴胺。除了扰乱睡眠之外,加工或烟熏 肉食也是最不健康的垃圾食品 。
  5.酒精
  酒精具有镇静作用,但是奇怪的是饮酒会导致夜间难以入睡,乐彤足浴盆。专家表示,很多人通过饮酒放松身心,其实酒精会妨碍身体进入REM(快速眼动)深睡阶段。正因为如此,很 多人酒后呼呼大睡,次日却仍然感觉昏昏沉沉。

  牛奶巧克力含有酪氨酸。酪氨酸会转化成刺激物多巴胺,从而导致夜间警觉清醒,辗转反侧,睡 不着觉。
  7.人参茶
  一些草药茶有助眠作用。但是最好别放入人参。一些人喝过人参茶后没啥反应,朗欣特足浴盆,但另一些人则会出现失眠和血压升高问题。专家建议,睡前几小时内最好不要喝人参茶。
