Default 睡眠不够:周末补觉不可取

生活节奏加快,工作、学习强度大等原因造成都市人平时睡眠不足,水宜生,于是,周末“补觉”便成了许多上班族每周的“保留节目”——不睡到中午不起床。

适当的“补觉”,可以视为对人体的一种“补偿”,有助于恢复充沛的精力,但如果睡觉时间过长,身体组织长期 僵持不动,反而会引起腰酸背痛、全身乏力。所以,睡眠重在平时,周末“补觉”可能适得其反。

周末补过觉的人常常会发现,起床后平时乏力、头晕、注意力不集中等症状不见减轻,反而更加严重。因为,睡眠 不是越多越好,人们每天需要的睡眠时间是7-8小时,多了少了都不行。过多地“补觉”,其实是一种无效睡眠,纯属浪费时间。而且每周睡眠时间的变化使得 自身的生物钟无法适应,会导致一定程度的神经衰弱,甚至影响消化道内分泌,出现食欲不振、食物沉积在胃里的 饱胀感,健尔马足疗机价格,严重的还能引发消化性溃疡或冠心病等疾病。
