作为世园的第一窗口，在世园会正式开园运营的半个月里，西安咸阳国际机场（简称“咸阳机场”）问询服务成为 了旅客服务的焦点,网上机票，机场积极行动，在第一批109名志愿者服务的同时,订购机票，开始了第二批志愿者的招募培训工作。机场在一号航站楼（T1）设立了专门的志愿者服务台为进出港旅客提供 咨询和世园引导服务，志愿者的热情服务得到了旅客一致的好评。另外机场对“首问责任制”进行修订完善，从整 体上提升服务人员的标准，为世园添彩。
