车主欲开走扣押车被判盗窃获刑1年半

　　36岁的任伟经常开着自己的吉利车在城铁站附近拉活。2008年4月14日10时许，任伟在海淀区西二 旗城铁站西侧驾驶吉利汽车从事无照运营时，被海淀区上地城管分队执法人员当场查获，并将该车扣押于上地城管 分队停车场内。

　　当天11时许，任伟和妻子李建娣持备用钥匙准备偷偷将该车开出，因被停车场管理员阻拦后报警而未得逞， 任伟、李建娣也被抓获。
