How on the earth people can expect those who shows no mercy to the huge amount the human lives in Iraq and Afghanistan, to "protect civilians" in the first place? These western powers wanted their access oil in Iraq and they caused death of hundreds of thousands civilians. But still, they don't think it is enough, neither the oil and the death. So it is the turn of the poor Libyan civilians.

Gaddafi knew that his time is impending to end but he will think how to protract this plight . Off course he is not alone because his sons and tribes are thinking how to expand this crisis and cost foreign forces more losses . NATO has responded immediately to Britain request but it turned their intervention into real war .

Ignoring complaints of hypocrisy, mocking assertions of peaceful intent, and attacking a sovereign nation under the pretext of intervention looks more like an incitement to violence than any kind of effort at peace. I don't think that anyone believes that the international community's best and brightest have been planning the efforts in Libya.
Why must the so called civilized west intervine in the problem of independent nations? Why only in oil rich third world countries? Why not in Russian, North Korea, Israel, Ivory Coast and others? The answer is clear, these countries are either too powerful, nuclear capable, or do not have the resources we crave. The west is not humanitarian but totalitain.

I think that the attitude of NATO to protect civilians has been changed radically and turned into sustaining the side of armed Rebels against Gaddafi troops . In the short-term Rebels are going to gain their aims but could you imagine if some Rebels split into two oppositions ,Sony HDR-CX500V, how NATO and coalition are going to react ?
Unfortunately Libyan opposition doesn't learn from Iraq that the west is so happy to destroy their country's development and progress achieved outside western directives. They will cease this destruction only when assured the next incumbents shall pay for arms ammo and allied services for the destruction which Libyan opposition spokepersons so happily invite

The Opposition in Libya clearly did not have as much support among Libyans as NATO was led to believe. Now NATO countries are too stubborn to leave. For NATO to attack the Libyan ground troops with bombs is worse than anything Qadaffi has done. I wish NATO would give the AU Peace Plan a chance.
