Default 晨练后睡回笼觉大脑易缺血

  俗话说,一日之计在于晨,退休的老年人更是成为了晨练的主力军。但有不少老人,健尔马足疗机官方网,因为早起晨练,玉石床垫厂家,锻炼后觉得疲乏,便采取了睡“回笼觉”的方式来缓解疲劳。

老年人在剧烈晨练活动后,应尽量避免睡正式的“回笼觉”——平躺时间较长,如同晚上睡觉一样。而应采取逐渐 平静的方式休息,渐渐从运动状态平静过渡到安静状态。
如果晨练是较柔和的运动,比如打太极拳,晨练后仍感到疲惫或困倦,可以等慢慢平静下来后根据具体身体需要, 打个片刻的小盹。
如果老年人一直有晨练后睡回笼觉的习惯,则不要强行破坏生物钟的规律。
