在打牌间歇期做做麻将健身操,可以缓解肌肉紧张,改善关节僵硬。
1.双手合掌,双肘伸直,高举过头顶,肩关节向后打开,水宜生水杯,头尽量后仰;双臂向前向后摆动4至8次;然后维持上述姿势,分别向左向右侧弯腰4至8次。
