Luke Chung at FMS,
Office Professional 2007, Inc. has let us know that the free preview version of their Total Access Emailer program for Microsoft Access 2010 is now available! Total Access Emailer lets you send personalized email to a list of contacts within Access. You can send messages using any list of email addresses, whether they are from a table or query. Each email message can be personalized with field values from the data source. This includes the subject and message,
Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise, which can be in text or HTML format.
Attached files can also be added; Access reports are filtered for each recipient and then added as PDF files. In this version,
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010, there’s a new feature where you can compress all the attached files into a .zip file that can be password protected for extra security. It runs as an Access add-in,
Windows 7 Key, so no programming is required. A VBA interface is available for developers.
The preview version is good through the end of March 2011 and is available here:
Thanks Luke,
Office 2007 Product Key!
