1. dcom settings:
start->run->type "dcomcnfg" -> select "component services" -> select "computers" -> right click on "my computer" ->select "properties" -> select "default properties" -> make sure that default impersonation level is set to "identify".
if not,
Genuine Windows 7 Enterprise, then make above settings,
Windows 7 Professional Key, reboot the machine and attempt installation again.
2. registry settings:
check for following registry:
hkey_users\.default\software\microsoft\windows\cur rentversion\explorer\user shell folders\appdata value=%userprofile%\appdata\roaming
if above registry value is not as written,
