1.保持双肩平衡,挺背收腹。
2.将右手扶在左耳上。
3.将头微倾至右边,并以右手轻按住左耳,保持腹、腰挺直,双肩平衡。这样可以扩张颈动脉,增加血液循环, 使脑部获得氧气。
