  注意一:不要喝大量碳酸饮料。天气炎热,人特别容易出汗,水分的丢失量也大,糖尿病患者需要喝大量的水 ,加湿器厂家,防止出现脱水。糖尿病患者宜饮白开水、淡茶水、矿泉水等无糖饮料,而不宜饮含糖饮料如可乐、雪碧等。据记 者了解,往年总有一些糖尿病患者,因贪喝大量碳酸饮料导致突然昏迷被送医院急诊。如果糖尿病人出汗较多,未 得到及时的水份补充,或喝了大量的含糖饮料,非常容易导致糖尿病非酮症高渗性昏迷。
  注意二:冷饮、水果适当吃。对糖尿病人而言,完全禁食水果是不适宜的,因为水果中含有大量的维生素、纤 维素和矿物质,血糖控制较好的病人可适量食用。冷饮也不是完全禁止的,不过即使血糖控制较好的病人,也应在 餐后两至三小时食用,同时要注意控制量,并扣除正餐中相应主食的量。
  注意三:天热也要适量运动。首先要避免阳光的直射,尽量选择室内,如乒乓球、室内羽毛球、游泳等。如果 要进行户外运动,最好在清晨或黄昏,光波炉和电磁炉的区别,运动结束时做些放松调整活动。
