Hurricane Irene prompts colleges to change move-in plans

Hurricane Irene is churning its way up the coast, and although it&rsquo;s still several hundred miles away, everyone is preparing for a stormy weekend with heavy rain. Not exactly ideal move-in weather. And in anticipation of the storm, a few colleges have already changed plans.
