Independent senator Nick Xenophon says congress should analyze Qantas plans to cut up to 1000 Australian jobs to ensure the airline is no breaching anybody decrees.

Federal Transport Minister Anthony Albanese said the government was dissatisfied by the proposed job cuts at Qantas.
