爬楼梯健走

每小时消耗的热量:408卡;612卡(只有上)

好处:对锻炼肌肉骨胳很有帮助,每次只要花很少时间就可做完

警告:如果有心脏、关节、平衡问题,先去询问医师。

有氧踏板

每小时消耗的热量:578卡

好处:肌肉骨胳有帮助,强化大腿、上半身,而且大家一起做,比较有乐趣。

警告:要花钱,对膝关节冲击较大。

爬楼梯机

每小时消耗的热量:612卡

好处:可以变化花样,健尔马足疗机三代,听音乐、看电视、阅读、而且可以调整坡度

警告:要花钱买器材,健尔马足疗机二代,或到健身房去使用。

注:热量消耗是以一个67公斤的人所做的估计。
